Day +34
SORRY...CHILD IN A MILLION IS AT 8PM ON FIVE TONIGHT (not 9pm as I wrote yesterday). It is 2pm on Wednesday and Jesse hasn't been for his biopsy yet. He was supposed to be second on the morning list. They now say mid afternoon. I'll update later,
C
Later on...the biopsy went fine, he was asleep by 4.45 and awake 45 mins later. He walked down to theatre all by himself. Had not a moments fear, handed the anaesthetist his line and was asleep in seconds. Within an hour of returning to our room we were off on a walk again. Food is still the main topic of conversation, below you will see his top five foods he would love to eat. I am hoping to persuade him to go nil my mouth for a few days, I want to give him every chance of getting better. Maggie visited tonight. When Jesse heard she was in the parents room he was off his bed like a shot. We decided to surprise her by turning up together unannounced, we gave her quite a shock! Jesse settled well and so I was able to watch the end of the GOSH documentary and then have a good chat! It was a lovely evening. Again I am exhausted so I'll sign off,
lol

I.P.,
Good luck with your biopsy this afternoon, I am thinking of you lots. You're fantastic.
Love you,
Lily xxx
Dear Jesse - hope that the biopsy went well. I trust they didn't fill you too full of air so you don't end up floating around your room. Though you could then have a party on the ceiling which would be rather good fun! Lots of love to your lovely Mum. Katie, Paul, Ted and Olly
Well done Jesse!

i saw where you go in hospital on telly love from zara xxxxxxxxxxx
Goodness, thpse peach buns look amazing.
You still haven't told me how many doughballs you could get for £800.00, probably so many you would never want to eat another again, and your tum wd def. need a rest.
Now, after that talk about food I am going to be realy boring; it does sound as tho' giving your tummy a rest would be a realy good idea.
Maybe you could just pretend that you have been eating ( Uncle Darius wd call it visulization) Get yourself nice and comfy and pretend that you have just eaten a whole lot of food, and can feel how full you are.
So full that you might pop if you were poked.
(Claudia - I was going to do the whole bit - biting into, tasting etc., but that could get gastric juices working and therefore may not be such a good idea).
Anyway keep up that walking, looks like we might be sponsoring you to do a Marathon in the park soon. Hey, just thought - you realy could do one when you are out of hospital, and the money you'd raise could go the Rcking Horse Appeal. You could start planning it now - something to do, if you don't want to answer my Maths question.
Visualizing you lots more betta!!

Hi Jesse
Wow, it has been sucha long time since we wrote. Our computer has decided to get its knickers in a twist so we cannot use it! We need Derek to fix it!
I took Jenna & Millie to Brighton at the weekend & I came to your new house. I wondered if Bernie would like to play with Millie but nobody was in. it was pouring with rain & we were all really wet! Jenna loved it.
Claudia, if you ever need a moment I would be more than happy to have Bernie if u & Derek wanted to pop out for 1 hr to have some time together. Any excuse for me to come to London & go for a walk in covent garden!!!
Take care & keep well
Love Sarah Mark Jenna & Millie xx
Dear Jessie,
I told Skippy and Poochiella about the biopsy and they thought that it meant that you were getting a tail attached to all of your trousers. I think that they have become totally crazy! What does Kipper think and what does he suggest to try and make these two ragamuffins behave better?
I hear through the doggy grapevine that you are being the amazing and brilliant. One report from a dog whose name begins with 'K' and ends in 'ipuer' said that he thought that you were actually magical.
Anyway all my love to you all,
Leo xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
